Eta Wrobel - Saved by a nun on a train
Transcript: I was once in a train, and was going someplace where I had money with me and other things to buy guns, bullets, and across from me a Catholic nun was sitting. And then when it stopped at the station, it was German police on one side and the other, to come in and everybody should show their documents, healthwise. Now, every time in a situation like that, you always thought this is it, the end of it. That woman, I still remember her face, it was a young nun, you know, with the big white hat? She got up and said to me, take my valise- she had a big valise in front of her. She started talking, walking, and I was after her with the valise. She pushed the two Germans aside and she went out and I went after her. She was walking a couple of blocks and then she said to me, you know I saw death in your eyes- go, God bless you. She saved my life.
