Transcript: ROSE: We were destroying, you know, the bridges, we were destroying factories, we [were] destroying, you know, a lot of... not factories, what do they call the...bridges. Most was [done by] the bridges. And yeah, that's what we were doing, the job.
INTERVIEWER: And how did it make you feel when you pulled the string and they blew up the bridge?
ROSE: Well, I felt when it happened, I felt good. In the beginning, I was scared. I was frightened -- what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna kill people. But then when I saw, you know, Germans falling down, [coming] out from the train, I was feeling very good. And I felt satisfied, myself.
