Transcript: There is nothing in the forest. I remember we were putting into swamps, pushing into swamps, and we tried to get out from the swamps and there, it was not just the young ones, but all the family, family people. We couldn't get out. My husband, he was leading the group and I was near him and he carried a pistol in his hands and he says, he, first of all, the Germans all around us and we are just walking through the swamps, one foot in, one foot out, one foot in, one foot out and he, he wanted to kill himself. He said, "I just want to finished up. I had enough of it. Finish." I said, "No, you are not going to do it. You are not going to do it. We'll make it. We'll make it." Because you become so desperate when you go, you know, it's swamps. One in, one you don't know when, how will it end? But we got out. We got out. We got out. So it's a different life. It's, it's something entirely different. I always, I was dreaming that one day I'll come out and I'll have my little, my little boy .... my oldest son, Irwin. I always felt that we'll survive. We'll survive and I'll have a little son.
