Transcript: The biggest problem for us was medicine. The two liters of iodine that I am telling you, this was the only thing that we had as far as medicine is concerned. Penicillin was not prevalent yet, you know. Aspirin and iodine, this was what we needed. And we needed ointment for healing, because bear in mind when a Jew was wounded, unless we were able to find a home where to put him in -- you know, when you run a fever when you are deeply wounded and you are not under semi-care, if you are not in a dry room, if you are not in a warm room, you don't last too long.
