Transcript: Two hours before the attack, we were lying, waiting for the German convoy, and I think those were the two longest hours I ever had. And I'm sure that I must have been sweating and, and nervous, and I don't know if I was urinating in my pants, but (laughter) I wouldn't be surprised. But anyway, once the German convoy came, and we got the orders to start shooting, and you hear the noise and the yelling and so on, you get so involved you forget about all the fears, and you just keep on shooting and throwing the grenades, and then we disappeared, you know, back into the woods.
